Manmohan Singh is not a 'weak prime minister', says PMO

PMO says Manmohan Singh "was not a week Prme Minister". This is PMO's the very last minute contention. But, whether he was good or bad comes only if he acted as a Prime Minister. He never allowed himself to be a PM, especially in his second innings of contract. At least a billion people in this country alone know this. Now tell me how realistic it is to call that Office as PMO, when there is no PM inside !!
